I'm going to redo my goals again. Well, actually I think I'm going to start a new set of goals and leave the big set for my home page. I can call it the Home Run or something and start working on weekly goals. The monthly goals worked great for me for this whole time until these last few months..so maybe it just really is that much harder to lose the last pounds or maybe this is just the really bumpy part in my journey because life gets bumpy sometimes. :) Either way I need to renew all of it.
Yesterday I went to the Minute Clinic only to find out they can't see me because I don't have a spleen. So I went to Urgent Care. I have the worse sore throat EVER!! I thought maybe it was strep and I wanted to be safe and find out since I watch the baby now. It's not. It's a virus. But man does it hurt! So lots of hot tea for the past few day and today too. I even tried gargling with apple cider vinegar. Gross! lol! Hopefully it'll turn a corner for the better today.

weekly goals..maybe goal days being Saturdays since that is the weigh in day for Bahama Mama challenges.. 1 pound a week too much? I don't think too little at this point. Maybe 1 pound 1 week, .5 the next and so on? This Saturday too soon? They always say never wait until tomorrow what you can start today. So let's start today..

For this weeks challenge we were to post a daily gratitude. I posted a few in blogs, a few in other ways too.. like in the huddle and in my status. I hope that's ok. From today forward I will try to post in my blog. I've been missing some blogging days but will try and get better at it again.
