Day 12 Commitment to Myself

Monday was a great day to get in as much exercise as possible. I went to the gym for some strenght training, worked out for about 2.5 hours got 19,000 steps; also raked and gather up the leaves from my front lawn.

I have increased my water level and trying to elimate more of the empty calories.
