5 strategies to help you sleep

5. Tell yourself “I have to get up now.” Imagine that you just hit the snooze alarm and in a minute you’re going to be marching through the morning routine.

(That last ones sounds counter-productive, but something tells me it would really work!)
A real oldie, but goodie...

A wife slapped her husband across the face after discovering a scrap of paper in his pocket with the name Desiree written on it. He protested, “It’s the name of the horse I bet on yesterday!”
