I wasn't quite ready to start my P90X challenge so I decided a day of rest would be best.

Hot Hatha Yoga

I had a great week. I loved the yoga retreat and will definitely go again. I'm sad to say that I think my cycling days are numbered for the year. The weather is turning and I'm a wimp! I have a friend who is still out there but he says the trails are pretty dangerous right now. So I'm focusing on my yoga practice. That's a good use of my time.

    Biking in cold weather sounds just awful! You are not a wimp for sitting out something that would be painfully unenjoyable!
