I've lost 7.5 pounds in one week.
Holy...excuse me. I gotta pop lock and drop it (do people still do this).
I'm so excited! Obviously, this will not be a weekly number drop, but for the first week, it sure is encouraging!
In other news, I made the delicious dijon chicken and broccoli. I think that I should keep all the ingredients on hand because I could easily live on this forever. Take be to a deserted island and I'll take a yacht and dijon chicken and broccoli.
