Mon 11/12-So here we go...

I've been stalking this site long enough. Gwen has challenged me to a weight loss competition. 5% by New Year's Eve. That's about 7#s for both of us. It's time to get in gear: track my food daily (which I did today), get my portions and macro nutrients back under control, work out every morning, run 15-20 miles/week, drink my water, get to bed on time and lose this weight. I've gotten very comfortable with where I am and eating like I have nothing at risk. It's time to make myself a little uncomfortable and get back the rewards I worked so hard for over the last 3 years.

    Love the new pics! Good luck with the challenge. It's great to have a friend, who is in a similar place as you ,to work on this goal together.
