Weird weather today. It started out warm and sunny and very windy. The wind blew in cold temperatures and rain. It was 70 degrees when I walked the dog this morning and it's already down to 45 degrees. The dog did not want to walk in the cold wetness this evening, so I just made him stay out for a little while then brought him up to my apartment and chased him around for half an hour, in the hopes that it would tire him out.

I did good with food today. I always eat breakfast... the most important meal of the day! Today I had 4 small meals, and will have two snacks. That seems to work pretty well for me. Sometimes I only eat 3 meals, and have 3 snacks.

I love it! You chase the dog around to wear him out! If it was me, I'd wear out before I got the dog wore out! LOL!

We started out warmish here and it was almost down to freezing when I left work this afternoon. Guess the weather realized it's almost Thanksgiving!

Poor little puppy! It was raining here this morning, so I thought I wouldn't be able to wash mine. Then it stopped, dried up and got up to 80 degrees. So after dinner I shut the door and wrangled both dogs - one by one, mind you - into the shower for a fully fluffy bath!

So now I have to rethink how dirty they are going to get when I finally do let them out!
