A Beginner's Guide to Weight Loss

Oh how I've missed spending time on SparkPeople! Know that I'm still alive and kickin', even though I haven't been around to support you all. I do miss you guys bunches, though!!!!

So without further ado, here is a project that I put many hours into!

I kinda explained what all has been working for me, since a lot of people have been asking. I just hope that it manages to help people!
