Why I fall of the wagon

Monday, November 12, 2012

Gravity. It's easy to fall off. It's work to defy enablers, explain choices, continue to push when you get NO positive feedback ( log , exercise, eat veggies and the scale goes the wrong way). Falling down is letting the universe beat you and it's a lot bigger. Let it win.

But, sitting up, standing up, even starting out to walk is a reward on its own. Seeing NSV, doing what you know is healthier in the long run. Having less knee pain or gerd or lower blood pressure.

You can't tap out of life. You have no choice but to keep going and having some control, fighting that gravity, can make it all seem a little better.
