This is me from last Christmas probably somewhere around my highest recorded weight of 285
In August I took my first Spark oriented pictures at 262
My initial goal when I started Sparking at 275 in July was 225 by 3/1/2013. Today I weighed in at 224. I have lost 21% of my body and my BMI is now down below 30. Here are my after pictures.
I have set a new goal of 195 for 3/1/2013. Technically I need to be at 189 to be at a healthy weight. When I reach that goal I will let my body decide if 189 makes sense. My kettlebell instructor said he thinks that the 190s will be a good weight for me so that was the decider.
