Change. I always struggle when the normal routine gets disrupted. THis might be by something as simple as the weekend. But it always does. Iv'e gotten better at trying to make weekends their own routine, but it hasn't always worked; there are too many variables.
Failing to plan. Then I struggle a little. But sometimes the planning is too hard! :(
The one other big thing that throws me off is when I let myself get overwhelemed. Then I tend to lose track of what I'm doing.
