I woke up at 5AM this morning, had a cup of coffee, fed my cats and drove to the gym. Did about 20 minutes of cardio, arms, chest and abs strength training. MAN AM I SORE!!!
I have also stayed within my Weight Watchers points allotment this week. Something I have not been able to do for the several weeks I have been attempting to follow the program.
I am doing this. It has been decided!
I am tired of being tired and sitting my ass on the couch, watching TV. Don't get me wrong, I am a busy gal. I work full-time in a mentally draining job. I am also a second year nursing student in a full-time program. What free time I have is precious. I need to spend it more wisely!
I also need to spend some time figuring out why I do what I do with food. It is not healthy, and its not right.
Pretty encouraging here so far. I need a positive environment with lots of support....I do have a few supporters IRL, wish I had more.
