Yeah, it's happening!
I changed my cardio goal a bit last week and it's working well. I learned that Cardio Blast has 3 lower impact and 3 hight impact. I didn't need to intersperse each high impact with the walking segment on alternate days. I can already use the 80s or Kickbox impbetween the higher impact hop-to-it and jump rope. The bootcamp is really hard for me so I still do a walking day right after.
I'm also adding 5# weights to the Fit, Firm and Fired up segments. So all is good.
I am baking more and so eating more. I need to cut that out. I made brownies and they ate my weight + 2#.
