Have two pounds of beef in dehydrator. We made two pounds of flank steak last week and ate it all. So good, a little strong maybe, used a recipe that called for mixing with lime juice after draining. Well that takes about 4 hours in the dehydrator and the ground beef is expected to take more than double!
Got it in early this AM. You mix powder salt, pepper..... in and let it set 24 hours, did that yesterday.
Well, awaiting results and have to launder my work clothes.
