Good morning Sparkbuddies!
I am feeling motivated this morning. I splurged a little bit this weekend, but still managed to lose a pound! I am ready to kick it up a notch this week! My goals for this week are:
1. Walk as much as possible! (try for 10,000 steps a day!)
2. Go to the gym at least twice a week!
3. Get a good sleep!
