I have printed out my exercise "menu" for the week
Mon: 20 Min Zumba + ST (upper body) + stretching
Tue: 20 Min Zumba
Wed: 20 min Zumba + ST + stretching
Thur: 20 min zumba
Fri: 20 min zumba + ST (core) + stretching
I am so dingy! I didnt realize ST could be with your own body weight!! And that things such as wall pushups/planks/leg raises etc count!!!
Wonder how long it will take to see a little definition and less jiggle??
