Gotta make this quick cause I am super behind at work eeekk!

Here is the pics for the week. Didn't have time to mash them up to starting week, please forgive me.

On the Goals for the Month I am slacking a little, but am determined to make my goals come the end of the month. Here are those numbers:

Pushups: 70/600 11% complete
Squats:90/600 15% complete
Sit ups:50/750 6% complete
Calf raises:150/1500 10% complete
Plank:2/30 6% complete
