A GOOD NIGHT'S SLEEP

It's amazing how peacefully you sleep when you don't binge on processed salty, sugary foods at night, washed down with diet soda. Yes, eating "clean" foods is beneficial on many levels, but a night without antacids and indigestion is invaluable to the next day's well-being. I'm going to repeat what I did yesterday: salmon, brussel sprouts, asparagus, veggie burger, fresh fruit, air-popped popcorn, and a little All-Bran. Just for today.....
