It's amazing how peacefully you sleep when you don't binge on processed salty, sugary foods at night, washed down with diet soda. Yes, eating "clean" foods is beneficial on many levels, but a night without antacids and indigestion is invaluable to the next day's well-being. I'm going to repeat what I did yesterday: salmon, brussel sprouts, asparagus, veggie burger, fresh fruit, air-popped popcorn, and a little All-Bran. Just for today.....

    I hear you on the diet soda, I can't even handle that. Good plan on the meals today. I'm having baked fish, and tator tots (not too many). I also got a good night sleep last night feels great !! Here's to tonight emoticon
