Thanksgiving on the horizon

Well I am down a pound and it is a week and half before Thanksgiving. I would like to lose another pound before next week and then not gain during the holiday. I think I can do this. Maybea little extra exercise will help this out a bit?! I will be thrilled with myself though if I just don't gain weight.

    I agree. I have been making myself walk every day instead of every other day.

Sometimes I walk seriously... emoticon

Sometimes I was socially... emoticon

And sometimes I fall down - 6 times this week so far!... emoticon LOL!

Anyway, the cardio every day is really helping. I weighed in at the doc's on the 6th and was 258, now I have PMS and only weigh 258.2. I stayed off the scale all week so I would be shocked either way today. I can tell that my eating habits have changed, but I did binge on Butter Cream Cake Frosting last night. 2 tablespoons full. I couldn't help it! It was a reaction to overbearing stress.

But yes, we can do it. Just add another 10-15 minutes a day and Thanksgiving will be over with you and the scale will be collecting spiderwebs because the numbers won't be going up!

    emoticon My brain waves are going in the same direction as yours, Janny! It is attainable. It's not impossible! We can speed up whatever we're doing and that should help us do it! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
