Sleeping It Off

Lots of liquids [for example, water], aspirin for pain, and rest. I went to bed yesterday and slept an extra 8 hours. That didn't interfere with my usual 8 hours of sleep last night. Guess I really am sick. But I'm getting better!

I wonder how far this will set me back? Not as far as where I started, that's for sure.

    Get well soon. there is no reason this should set you back at all. On the one hand you can't work out because you are sick but on the other hand you can't eat when you are sleeping. See how that works?? Feel better!

    Sounds like the bug I had a bit ago, not much fun but sleep really did help. I hope you'll be feeling much better soon. Sending you healthy and healing thoughts.

    If you are only sleeping and having liquids, you'll lose weight - and yes, your body obviously needs the rest!
