Sleeping It Off

Lots of liquids [for example, water], aspirin for pain, and rest. I went to bed yesterday and slept an extra 8 hours. That didn't interfere with my usual 8 hours of sleep last night. Guess I really am sick. But I'm getting better!
I wonder how far this will set me back? Not as far as where I started, that's for sure.
