So I've switched one of my daily goals to freggies consumption. I had this down pat for a while, but since my reset and slightly lower calories I've been letting some stuff go. I want to do a week of 5, then six and so forth until I'm getting 8.
So week one. One thing I used to do was have a freggies with every meal and snack, and especially with Halloween that was not happening. So for breakfast I usually have dried strawberries on cereal.
Peaches are lower calorie than apples, even light canned ones.
I need to keep small apples on hand. We've had these crops of giant Fujis, but they have more calories than what I usually think with apples.
Veggies are the challenge. I need to get used to the idea of salad.
