I've decided to set some monthly goals to help me on my journey. I will add to these as new things pop up.
1 - Eat at least 2 fruits and/or veggies everyday.
2 - Do 30 minutes of cardio at least 4 times per week.
3 - Lose or maintain, but no gain.
4 - Sleep at least 6 hours per night.
5 - Decrease my waist line by 1" or more.
6 - Participate in a challenge in one of my teams.
