November Goals

I've decided to set some monthly goals to help me on my journey. I will add to these as new things pop up.

1 - Eat at least 2 fruits and/or veggies everyday.
2 - Do 30 minutes of cardio at least 4 times per week.
3 - Lose or maintain, but no gain.
4 - Sleep at least 6 hours per night.
5 - Decrease my waist line by 1" or more.
6 - Participate in a challenge in one of my teams.

    Well done for writing it all down! I find that really helps keep me focused. Otherwise it's to easy for me to conveniently forget what I'd decided to do!

    Yes, write the vision and make it plain! My vision board keeps me going, along with my weekly goals / plans to achieving!

    These look like great goals! I suggest that if goal 1 goes well the first few weeks that you definitely increase you serving of fresh produce! Also remember to get enough sleep!! emoticon
