Another new week has begun. The scale has not been moving down but I cannot blame the scale as I have not been on track with my exercise which really helps me to make good food decisions.
Goal this week:
Strength training 3 times this week
Cardio - walk/jog 3-4 times this week
My husband is now at his lowest weight in over 30 years doing HCG. He is on the home stretch. We need to insure that together we can create a healthy lifestyle that we can maintain.
