Beyond frustrated!!

Monday, November 12, 2012

I am so frustrated, I know why people give up! I have a tweaked back muscle, that make basic movement excruciating. I have been doing stretches and squats and things to keep myself moving, walking looses up things, thought a little was better then anything!
Well, I stepped on the scale this morning, 211.2! What the French toast!! This is unfair!!
Now I am in pain, and back to where I flipping began! emoticon emoticon

Not sure what to do.... Give up, wait to feel better, or push push push?.
Basketball practice starts tonight too!
Whoo freaked hoo.

don't give up! let your back heal, you can continue doing leg and arm exercises most which you can do while seated and watch your food intake, drink lots of water.

If you can afford it get a back massage from a licensed therapist costs anywhere from 20 bucks for 15 minutes. emoticon x

Please don't get discouraged. Even if you can't move much, just watch you food intake, try to stay within your calorie range and do whatever movement is comfortable. If you push too hard it will take even longer to recover. Slow and steady wins the race. Hang in there!

Swollen muscles will up the scale! Don't despair! Sounds like you should lay of exercising until your back is better. Are you taking Advil? Just focus on your eating and resting your back for now. Wish I could help you out...maybe make some chicken soup for you and help with the household cleaning until your back is better. :(
