Yesterday I ate within my calorie range, but had some issues with it still. I was over my range with my fats, and below with my carbs.
I remember what this does to me, especially the next day. I end up with cravings. I want to eat everything in site. This is mainly from the low carbs. I'll have to watch that today.
I didn't move at all yesterday. In fact, I slept most of the day. I laid down for a nap, and didn't get up for hours and hours. And still was able to go to bed at a descent hour last night. So I guess I needed it.
I only got in 4 glasses of water, so I need to change that today.
For today, I am going to:
-stay within my calorie range
-drink 8 glasses of water.
that's all. Simple enough right?
