"FITNESS"-You pick the days!

DAY 1:
1 point per **All about the legs (found in Spark)
3 sets of 15 Standing Leg Abductions
3 sets of 15 Standing Leg Adductions
3 sets of 15 Standing Calf Raises
3 sets of 15 Skater Squats
**BONUS** 6 points for 30 minutes of cardio
Available points- 4 + 6 bonus = 10

DAY 2:
1 point per **All about the middles-use whatever for weights
3 sets of 15 Russian Standing Twist
3 sets of 15 Classic Wood Chops
3 sets of 15 Bicycle crunches (lying or standing)
