Good Morning Everyone!!
I feel like I was doing so great over the summer.. I was feeling great, motivated to exercise and eat right, and keep moving..
& I have fallen off track since the weather keeps changing and all i want to do is sleep and I have been getting so stressed with the amount of school work I have to do.. I havent gained any weight.. which is good, but I haven't lost any... and now that my thyroid level is in check, it should be a lot easier for me to lose weight... I could really use some motivation right about now :(
