Well lets see ma'am:
-You eat in moderation during the week
-drink the recommended amount of H20
-and remain active Monday - Friday.
But come sunrise on Saturday you go back to binge eating, not exercising and not drinking enough water. Story of my life.....
I manage to get back in the 270's on the weekends and by mid week I'm able to get back to 269. I don't want to see my numbers yo-yoing on the scale. This has become very depressing. Is there a treatment for binge eating?
