September 1st: 160 lbs (actual weight: 163 lbs)
October 1st: 154 lbs (actual weight: 156 lbs)
November 1st: 148 lbs (actual weight: 155 lbs)
December 1st: 150 lbs
Only lost one pound this month, but I'm still so happy to be under 160!!! I'm back to where I was at college graduation, but I still have to lose 20-35 more lbs. I reset my weight-loss goal for December since I'm so far behind. My problem seems to be finding motivation and time to exercise around teaching. When I get home after work, I'm so stressed that all I want to do is read or play games online, trying not to freak out about school the next day. =\ Teaching in the inner city is rough in so many ways, but so far I've been able to resist comfort food!
