So despite my resolutions last week, it seemed nothing worked.
* I added some meal replacements (of different brands) to try and control my calorie intake.
* I worked out more.
* Logged more
* Increased my calorie intake on some days
* I seemed a little obsessive
* Sometimes tired as if I did not eat enough
Result = weigh in = + 700 grams
Dietitian says : "I should not exercise too much "
Even more confused.
* I enjoy exercising, I feel amazing
* I love what my body can do
* My fat % went down and muscle mass up
This week :
* NO more meal replacements !!! I like simple food : salads and oats for breakfast
* Portion control ( very challenging)
* Spaced out exercise : Sunday and monday - tuesday Rest - Wednesday- Thrusday (rest) - Friday (run) etc..
Guys I am so confused. I am just noting these down BUT I really do not know what happened last week.
I hope you have a better monday than me.
