I hit my calorie target yesterday. I was high on the fats. I am pleasantly surprised that I wasn't excessively hungry. Today I will work on more water, frt/veg, and protein. Back to exercise plans too. I read some one's post...their goal: a streak of 365 days. That could help me deal with my primary problem of not being consistent. hmmm.
