Weighed in tonight - was WAY better than I thought. I am now down under 250, which was a goal for me. One I didn't share with anyone because not a lot of people know what weight I started this journey at. That was the good.
The bad? I pushed REALLY close to going over my calorie limit today. I did really good on fruits/veggies (5 servings - awesome for me!) but not so good on some choices I made. Popcorn in the breakroom, spaghetti when I got home. I'm blaming hormones. :)
But as always, I'm looking at it as a learning experience. I'll dig into my treats from home tomorrow night instead of hitting the breakroom and I'll gently remind hubby not to leave the spaghetti sitting out so I see it when I get home. Out of sight, out of mind!
