How Many Times Have You Quit?

This getting in shape thing....
This losing weight thing.....
Or, this gaining weight thing....
This, I'm gonna eat this way only thing.....
How long does it last?
How often do you find yourself starting over?

I can't imagine how hard it is to yo yo. I've been normal size, obese, normal size. But I know ladies who have gone from normal to fat to normal to fat to fatter to fat to fatter.......real back and forth over the years. That can't be good for the body.

Why?

What makes them different from the folks who keep it off and stay fit?

    Yo yo-ing isn't really the hard part.
    Keeping the weight off over time is the hard part.
