Matthew is feeling better. The hospital
said the tests were inconclusive!!????!!!
He is taking antibiotics, as they assume
it is just a kidney infection.
Dear Jack, is still working on passing his
stone. Luckily he doesn't have much pain
until it shifts location. His urine hasn't
been very red lately.

Finally,
I AM BACK ON TRACK !

This afternoon, I walked 15 minutes
This evening, Jack wanted on the pc
and I wanted to walk MORE.

8 min warmup, 30 min walking,
10 min cooldown.
I felt like I could have walked on
and on...at least another hour.

Except for cake for breakfast -
residual from stress lately -
I ate sensibly.
The cake was a THIRD of my calories.
And I ran out of Diet Caffeine-Free
Diet Coke, so another THIRD was
from non-diet sodas!
