Well Thanksgiving is right around the corner and it made me think a lot, I really don't want to over eat. So I'm thinking of what I want to eat. I had an interesting conversation with one of the instructors at the gym, and she said the best thing for me to do is to do smaller portions and it's true however I think I'm just gonna add a lot more vegetables. The truth is, my only weakness is mac and cheese. I think I can manage to not over eat I don't really eat a lot of the thanksgiving food my family eats. Oooops how can I forget desserts. I think parfait may have to be my option.

    You can do it! Eat your veggies and lower calorie foods first so you aren't as hungry for those larger calorie foods.
