*I tracked 3.5 days last week -- beat that. (1 done-today)

*Complete Tu/Th/Sat or Sun 10k training program

*2 days CrossFit at work-lunch

-An extra day of strength training
-1 swim day
-1 gym day
-Extra 20 minutes or mile here and there of walking
