Today I did better. Well, I was more aware of what I was eating than on other days. Okay, I felt better about the choices I made. :) I bought little dessert plates to use for portion control and I used that for chicken alfredo tonight. I still ate my piece of cake and a peanut butter cookie. But, I DID NOT overeat. That's my PLUS. But I did eat a lot more calories than I "should" have for weight loss. :) I also did a 30 minute program on the treadmill and I think I burned around 200 calories. I just need to keep at it. Make a plan and get into a daily food routine.
Still planning on attending a TOPS meeting on Wednesday morning.
