    Sleep is such a big part of feeling good. I definitely notice when I'm not on a good sleep schedule. If you're looking for a little help, I have great success with a melatonin supplement. The body naturally makes melatonin when it receives signals that it's time to sleep (it's dark out, it's your regular bed time, etc). The supplement acts as an extra reminder to your body that it's time to shut down for the night. Good luck with your 8-hours goal!

    Uh, I WISH I looked that good without makeup:) Healthy living makes you glow.

Good for you working on the sleep. I am trying my darndest. Between being a natural night owl, stressed and night sweats/hot flashes, it has been tough. A spark friend just recommended a calcium/magnesium supplement. Said it helped her big time. I am going to give it a try.
