The past few months

I need some helpful tips. I tend to pig out a lot at night which means I put on weight. Anybody have any ideas on how to not be so hungry at night??

    Try eating several meals throughout the day to calm those late night cravings. Also, are you tracking your food all day? You may not be eating enough calories or some component (protein, carbs, fat) to sustain you all day.

    I am not sure about how to curb the munchies at night, I tend to eat to stay awake. Try switching to celery or carrots or something that gives you crunch or sweet that is less calories.
