I ate at the high end of my calorie range, and I logged all foods! My huge accomplishment on day 6 is that I worked out! I did my yoga booty ballet DVD, and it was so hard to motivate but I did it!!
Saturday is my lazy day and no matter how much I intend to work out it usually never happens, so I'm so proud of myself for pushing myself to break out if my comfort zone.
