Ever since my dad passed I've struggled with staying on the wagon. Told someone the other day I felt like I was on the tailgate, just barely hanging on.
But so far I did better with working out last week. I'm determined to do better this week.
The other thing I'm challenged with is Sparkpoints, OKAY I KNOW they can be silly but I was also doing better with all health things when I was determined to get at least 100 points aday. SO I'm about 6 shy right now so I decided to write a blog to give me a few more points.
If you haven't tried to challenge yourself with your fitness minutes or your Spark points try it out. One of my Spark teams also has had a challenge to see if you can get one place higher in your team standings. You can find them on the team pages on the right hand side. Or if you aren't on e team then just challenge yourself to get the next higher fitness trophy or just more minutes. And the same with points.
