Motivation

I've been struggling so hard with my weight. It's driving me crazy. I don't want to feel so ugly anymore. I want to feel pretty for once. I want to be able to wear something nice and not feel like i look stupid. I can't keep my motivation up to lose the weight i need to lose. I don't know what to do. I'm always so tired and i just don't feel like doing any exercises and i let that stop me.

    Do a little every day and be consistent. If you'll stay with it faithfully, you really won't believe the difference in a few months or a year! It will happen, stay the course.

    Make going to the gym part of your schedule. If you like to outline your day, then put in the gym and just go! Going is the hardest part, but once you get there, you won't regret it!

    Remember, "inch by inch it's a cinch! Yard by yard -- way too hard!!!" Take one step at a time and Spark People will be there to pick up the slack! We all need help when we first get started, and we're all desperate to get to our goals. It will happen! Just take one baby step at a time, be patient with yourself, and remember to start only the habits you're willing to stick with over the long haul. Just a step at a time...

    Go ahead and take that "before" picture, because before long, you're going to be taking that "after" picture!!!
