I'm training for a half marathon & i did EVERYTHING i was suppose to do this week! Today, I did my 7 miles - thats the longest I have went in my entire life! Ridiculous that it took me 38 years to do it! but I'm proud! I also had other personal goals for November and while I haven't really seen progress on the scale, I have definately lost major inches! I'm sure I have built some muscle - since I ran over 20 miles this week - did yoga twice and xt on the elliptical :) I drank more water and ate more veggies. All I know is I'm feeling great and Im positive I'm on the right track!! Have a great week!
