It may not seem huge, but it's something I probably would've done.
I went to a hockey game which was 2+ hours away. I'm deprived of hockey because of the NHL lockout so this was my next best choice.
I ate my medifast bar on the way to the stadium so I wouldn't eat anything. Boy, was I tempted! Poutine...hot dogs...popcorn...your run of the mill stadium food. I didn't eat a thing while I was there.
Afterward, I was starving hungry. Like, I would probably faint if I didn't eat. It was late so we really couldn't find a place to sit and eat. We finally decided on Wendy's. I could find something there right?
RIGHT! I got the ultimate grilled chicken and just threw out the bun. Most of the time I would've been like "SCREW THIS I WANT A SPICY CHICKEN SANDWICH WITH BACON AND CHEESE!" Nope. I ate that chicken with lettuce (I'm not terribly fond of tomatoes) and it was delicious. I was just proud of myself for not giving in and for staying on the right track.
...I also went running yesterday which I shouldn't have done...but it felt good to have some sort of workout. I say that I shouldn't have done this because on medifast, they tell you not to overexert yourself.
