This has been one of those weeks with lots of ups and downs. I had some crazy meals and was pleasantly surprised at how they stacked up when I had to make the corrections in my food tracker. A couple of days I was high on fat and I am usually on the low side. I had a hard time getting my carbs and fiber up to where they should be even though I was eating lots of fruits and veggies. Beans made a difference so I have added small amounts of varying types of beans (black, chili, etc.) and that has put me where I need to be nutritionwise.
I am still losing weight and that is what the goal is!!!!!!!!!!
