I'm am completely motivated and really need to lose this weight.
I will not let anyone stand or anyone's comments stand in my way!
I am so tired of this up and down of my scale. This pesky 20 pounds need to be gone forever!
To accomplish this I am going to:
1. Track all the food I eat.
2. Try very, very hard to overcome my sweet tooth. I used to be able to do this, no excuses.
3. Drink 8 cups of water etch day.
4. Add more fruits and vegetables to my diet each day
I know I should do the exercise, but I am taking small steps for change. Once I can accomplish the things on this list I believe I will be able to add in more exercise. I will try to do a spark video this week!
So far I have lost 4 pounds, 5 days 4 pounds, I know it's water weight, but it's great all the same
