What keeps me accountable is the numbers. Tracking my fitness and nutrition really does it for me. I like to see my hard work on paper. Posting a CICO just drives my work home and summarizes my efforts.
Having a commitment to my Sheriffs also is a big deal. I want to do everything I can to contribute to the team. I know my team is relying on me.
In addition, visualizing my goal when I am tempted to get off track helps. I have several good reasons to work hard toward my goal. I just have to keep them in mind all the time. Keeping a scale in my kitchen also helps.
