21 Day Food Challenge

Today starts my 21 day food challenge. I did this once before and was very successful. I lost 10lbs in 21 days. See below for the 21 day food challenge rules. I am trying to jump start my motivation because I am just coming back from getting a boot off my foot. I started running and didn't have the best shoes so I stretched a few tendons to their max and paid the price. Let this be a lesson to everyone to make sure you stretch before you run and have approriate running gear. emoticon I am excited to get back in the fitness game. I will keep everyone updated.

21 Day Food Challenge:
* No Chocolate
* No Candy
* No Biscuits or Cookies
* No Cake, Donuts or Muffins
* No Pastries
* No White Bread
* No Chips
* No Fast Food
* No Nutella, Peanut Butter or other naughty spead
* No Ice cream
* No Caffeine (I still have one)
