I'm going to try to check Spark almost on a daily basis. I believe if I do so it will keep me in check with weight loss.
Since the last time I was on here, I haven't gained but I haven't lost either. I feel like I'm always busy though moving around.
It is probably the foods I eat because I don't overeat often.
I have a job where I sit often though.
I really need some Spark buddies to motivate and encourage me.
I would like to start off by losing 10 lbs and then eventually get to 20.
