Hello -

I'm going to try to check Spark almost on a daily basis. I believe if I do so it will keep me in check with weight loss.

Since the last time I was on here, I haven't gained but I haven't lost either. I feel like I'm always busy though moving around.

It is probably the foods I eat because I don't overeat often.

I have a job where I sit often though.

I really need some Spark buddies to motivate and encourage me.

I would like to start off by losing 10 lbs and then eventually get to 20.

    You can do this. I tried to do the 10 pound mark but it took me about 13 weeks. That was just eating right and no exercise. When I pushed my goal into 5 pound increments, I hit the goals faster. They were easier for me to stay focused on. You can do this, welcome back.

I also got a fitbit. LOVE IT!

    I completely understand what you are saying. I too have been here before and now am back. I haven't gained anything or lost anything either. Crazy!

I have kept up with the food I eat, but have found my activity level is not as good as it should be. My job requires we me to do a lot of sitting so that is never good.

I purchased a Fitbit recently and that has helped immensely in increasing my activity level.
